The owners, as part of their restoration of this 1901 Victorian will next focus on the kitchen, and an enclosed back porch. Our early design sketches portray different circulation paths, simple ways to get valuable space, emphasize daylight control and maximize access to the exterior. After combining the best assets from each scheme we'll launch into developing the design in character with the rest of the house. Our building modeling software allows the owner to move about spaces, looking into each space on their own computer or iPad. While modern sustainable materials, and fixtures will be used, the details will integrate this end of the house harmoniuosly with other parts already restored.
