Ravenna ADU Seattle, Washington The owners of this Ravenna Neighborhood home wanted to remodel their unfinished basement and in the process create an Accessory Living Unit that could appeal to the visiting professor crowd at the nearby University of Washington and become their in-city base as they travel abroad.

						By providing two parallel parking stalls in the rear yard adjacent to the alley we were able to convert the single car garage space in the basement into living area and gain enough space to accommodate all needs. The Accessory Unit was located in the south east corner for southern exposure and access to a rear yard patio.
