BEACH DRIVE HOME Seattle, Washington Sortun·Vos is early in the preliminary design phases to a replacement home in West Seattle's Seaview neighborhood. We've prepared a renovation and remodel scheme that utilize non-conforming setbacks; and this, a plan for a new home that conforms fully to shoreline and other zoning requirements. Both schemes make use of the limited dry-land space for outdoor rooms and maximize daylight and views. To be completed 2013
