Shenstone Development

Shenstone is the second planned deveopment in Kent, Washington that Sortun-Vos is working on. This site with its gentle slope to the southwest features a series of communal spaces linked with paths and sidewalk creating open view corridors through the site. The series of public, semi-public and private spaces has been created by careful positioning of each lot, home and driveway. Garages are placed behind homes or are grouped together out of primary view. Paths and sidewalks link the communal spaces and create a sense of peace. Each individual home and its private outdoor living space is oriented to take advantage of good sun exposure.
Shenstone has been enthusiastically reviewed by the Kent Planning Department and is currently in the Preliminary Design Permit Application process. |
