Sortun-Vos master-planned this 26 unit single-family housing development. The design concept centers a large public outdoor space as the focus of the surrounding community. The street loops around in a gentle curve directly serving the attached private garages of each house. There are five master house designs, each with its own floor plan. Yet each house is set to accommodate its own unique placement on the lot with only
minor alterations.

The final development will offer a strong sense of community with the appeal of single-family homes.
