Blue Ridge Community Club Seattle, Washington Contractor: Schultz Miller Sortun· Vos was asked to provide ideas and illustrations showing potential remodeling ideas to update this north Seattle community club. Together, the club and Sortun·Vos created a master plan that focused on entry and interior circulation. Solutions to functional problems led to a new and updated image.



		The first phase of renovations—replacing the pool viewing deck, railing and glass doors are complete. Designs for interior renovations addressing needs for the lower floor will soon be under way. First phase completed 2006.
