New Office & Warehouse Seattle, Washington Simple materials, pleasing proportions and well lit spaces are the common thread among these three separate office and storage buildings in Seattle's north end. Ceilings are over 10 feet high and the tall hung windows allow natural light deep into the spaces. Steel trusses and roof deck and much of the concrete block interior are left exposed to be featured as part of the future interior design.
