Selbourne Lane Townhomes Kent, Washington Sortun-Vos master-planned this small community of 22 townhomes by designing a meandering street and sidewalk and redeveloping a creek that had previously run through a culvert in the middle of the site. For the craftsman style townhomes, Sortun-Vos developed unique floor plans for almost every unit taking advantage of the site and views of Mount Rainier.
