family residences, multifamily residences, and small commercial projects.
In addition to new construction, every year we complete dozens of
remodeling projects. From small to large, to entire house makeovers,
if you can think of it, we've probably done it! Within this section,
you'll find many examples of work we've completed over the years.
We've divided the projects into new houses, residential remodels &
additions, and commercial & multifamily to help you easily locate
projects which may interest you. We've also included a section describing
projects that are currently under construction, and in the design
process.
Bellevue, Washington waterfront house
Tucked into the hillside, overlooking
Lake Washington and the downtown skyline, the owners wanted a substantial
modern house with traditional overtones.
As there wasn’t flat area on the site,
the front yard became a paved court for turning the car around and
playing basketball. The view side, looking into the afternoon sun,
features a trellis, stepped-down terrace, and iron balcony railings
at wide opening doors from the upper floor.
