Nestled among majestic evergreens at the edge of a meadow, Sortun-Vos designed and crafted traditional details for the Owner of this substantial yet comfortable home. We teamed with The Berger Partnership, Landscape Architects, from the beginning of the project to assure that the gardens, driveway and exterior lighting became an integral part of the design.

The Owners wanted old-world craftsmanship and a sense of permanence. Sortun-Vos used old solid lumber, plaster, slate, stone, copper and other malleable, formidable and handset materials to achieve these characteristics.
