In its orignal form, this '40's era home suffered from an inefficient kitchen layout, isolated from the living area and much of the view. The deck with sweeping views to Queen Ann and downtown was awkwardly accessed through a small door that further compromised the kitchen space.

Our approach was to open walls between the living room, kitchen and entry to lend an expansive feel and take full advantage of exterior views.
