The owners of this Seattle home wanted a new kitchen and powder room that seemlessly blended with the traditional style of their central district home. Sortun-Vos responded with a clean and classic design, but added special touches. Floor to ceiling cabinets maximize storage space. Glass was used in a number of the cabinets for display of dishes and to increase the openness of the kitchen. Richlite countertops, linoleum floors, and subway tile backplash. A small pass-through window also allows conversations from the kitchen to the adjacent dining room. A small but colorful powder room was also worked into the design.
