Addition and remodel to a Craftsman home in Seattle




					Queen Anne Dormer Seattle, Washington Carlisle Construction Sortun·Vos was asked to design a small compatible addition to the second floor of this classic Seattle Craftsman. There existed one bathoom upstairs in need of updating and a large shed roof over an awkward earlier additon below. By extending an existing dormer, and adding a gable, we created a bedroom suite with new bath, closet, and reading area that opens on to a tiled deck. A second bath for the other bedrooms and built in storage was also added upstairs. completed 2010
