The owner wanted a complete, down-to-the-studs renovation of a small second floor guest bath. Finishes chosen to carry out the theme in the rest of the house; classic ceramic tile and marble slab blend with the painted trim.

The unfinished basement became a wine room, complete with a tasting area. This area utilizes rustic materials to give a-subterranean, grotto like ambience.
