Simple materials, pleasing proportions and well lit spaces are the common thread among these three separate office and office/storage buildings in the north end.
Ceilings are over 10 feet high and the tall hung windows are 9 feet high. Steel trusses and roof deck and much of the concrete block interior are left exposed to be featured as part of the future interior design.
