This four-story mixed use buiding consists of 15 residential units, 18 below grade parking spaces and 2,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space. The building design incorporates large terraces and landscaped areas for building residents to use. The design goal was to create a permanent, urban, pedestrian friendly building at the otherwise non-descript intersection of 103rd and Greenwood which would then set the tone for future development along this urban strip. Materials were chosen for aesthetics and durability. For example, the exterior walls at the ground level retail spaces are richly stained and carefully detailed concrete, which is both durable and aesthetically pleasing.
