Washington Park House

This sitting porch was added to the south and west side of a Federal / Colonial style shingled home as an extension of the living room and corner sun room. It overlooks a quiet green landscape and provides access to the sunny grass yard and endless pool.
The added outdoor 'endless' pool is located across the deck from the kitchen addition. While open for fair weather it can be completely enclosed during typical Seattle rain.
The detaling was derived from the prominent style of the original home.
