On one of the Northwest’s beautiful west facing sandy beaches, Sortun·Vos was asked to replace two well used summer cabins with a permanent year-round residence and separate guest house.
Natural finished Douglas fir is being used as the underside of the eve with metal roof and metal clad windows and doors to withstand the seasonal exposure. The natural fir continues inside with radiant tile floor providing heat within the open space concept.
