Office Building

This new office building
is nestled into the hillside of the lushly landscaped property
in North Seattle. An existing office building occupies a portion
of the site adjacent to a naturally occurring stream that runs
through the property and under the existing building. The new
office building is nestled into the site, and continues the
existing theme of integrating architecture into the landscape.
An exterior stair climbs the side of the building allowing access
to all the floors, and views of the surrounding site. Exterior
materials of natural wood, concrete, and metal coordinate with
the existing building, and compliment the natural setting. The
end result will be an inward focusing campus setting for a small
software company.
